Church has been
awarded a
grant of £14,257.66
from the Scottish Government’s
Community Climate Asset
Fund, for Secondary
Double Glazing to help the church to reduce local
carbon emissions through preventing heat loss thereby reducing the
amount of gas used to heat our church.
The above image shows some of the new Secondary Double
Glazing in our Sactuary.
The new windows have also increased our
security.
The
CCAF is a
Scottish Government fund, administered by Keep Scotland Beautiful,
and
279 community-based organisations from across Scotland have been
awarded more than £3.2
million of funding to tackle climate change.
